Gunslinger and Ellis

Trinity Blood Fans rejoice! I submit this fan art on your behalf!!! Thus my work, which took me three weeks to complete, GUNSLINGER (HC Tres Iqus) and Ellis Wasmeier from Episode 2. This is my favorite episode and I thought it would be soo cute to have Gunslinger and Ellis in a picture together with Tres-kun doing something out of the ordinary (especially since Abel wants to hog her to himself so he can hold her all the time XD) Anyway, this picture was first sketched with shadows added in pencil before I went over it with my Copic multiliner pens. I used colored pencils for the skin tones and the shadows in Ellis' hair. The rest was done with marker. My off-black marker was running kind of dry after doing all the coloring on Tres' coat, so I might look a bit messy. I hade to layer it (crosshatch actually) to get it dark enough where it didn't look like grey. I hate doing all black clothing, especially since I don't have a bush pin (or ink -_-')... it would make it a lot easier. It also used two different poses to get the final pose; one of the reasons why it took so long to complete. Finally for the true TB connoisseurs out there; I was using the cover of DVD 2 for Tres and opted not to do the fancy shoulder armor so forgive me if they aren't exactly right... I changed my mind as I was penning it in -_-' I hope to do more TB art soon but until then... enjoy!
